It was in 1993,16th August, that Jaladarchi came to lime- light with the publication of its first edition. Primarily, it made its presence as a quarterly magazine, but subsequently, from 2011 onwards, it continues to appear as a monthly one. Recently,it gets the dimension of an e-magazine along with its previous printing mode.
Jaladarchi is that sort of a rare and unique magazine that is relentless to bring out the literary works as well as thoughts and ideas on science and culture of both familiar and unfamiliar faces. Simultaneously, it is a journal with ISSN and a publishing organisation with ISBN.
For the last 27 years, Jaladarchi has been working as a regular literary journal. It has been a cordial platform of so many new poets, authors and painters; and at the same time, it has been blessed with tremendous moral boosts from several famous and experienced writers as well as drawing maestro in different times. A special mention may be made of Jaladarchi's special editions on different topics that gained high acclamation from reputed regional as well as national newspapers in course of its strenuous and glorious journey.
