অপরূপা তুমি রূপ দিলে ঢেলে- অনির্বচনীয় সে রূপসুধা পান করে আমি মাতাল হলাম। আজ তুমি দিলখুশ ছিলে, সম্পুর্ণভাবে অকৃপণ ছিলে- তাইতো আমার সাধ্য হল তোমাকে সম্পূর্ণভাবে দেখার, তোমাকে নতুনভাবে আবিষ্কার করার। মাতাল করার মতোই অনুপম সৌন্দর্যলালিমা নিয়ে আমার সামনে উপস্থিত ছিলে তুমি-বড়ো আপন করে ডাকলে কাছে, যেন তুমি আমার কানে কানে এই কথাটাই বললে-এই আমি তোমার হলাম, তুমি আমাকে তোমার মতো করে ভালোবেসে নাও – আমার সাধ্য ছিল না তোমাকে এড়িয়ে যাবার-তাইতো ডুব দিলাম তোমার রূপসাগরে, কুড়িয়ে নিলাম আমার ভালোবাসার মুক্তোরাশি। চাঁদের স্বচ্ছ হাসি দেখলাম কালোর অন্ধকারে।
তোমার বুকে জমা মধু আকণ্ঠ পান করে মদির হয়ে যেতে ইচ্ছে করে,- ইচ্ছে করে ওখানকার সব উষ্ণতাটুকু অঙ্গে মেখে নিজেকে রাঙিয়ে নিই। এ যেন কেবল ভালোলাগা নয়, ভালোলাগার উপরেও বেশি কিছু। তোমার গোপন বুকের তলের সৌন্দর্য কেবল দু’চোখকেই রঙিন করে না, হৃদয়কেও রাঙিয়ে যায়, মনটাকে করে ভালোবাসাসিক্ত। সেই ভালোবাসায় ভর করেই তোমাকে স্পর্শ করার সাধ জাগে, সাধ হয় ওখানকার কোমলতাটুকু আমার অনুভবের সঙ্গে মিলিয়ে নিই। তুমি কী বলবে জানিনা, তুমি কী ভাববে জানি না, তোমার বুকের দ্যুতিচ্ছটা তার শোভন, সুন্দর রূপ আমাকে দারুণ দারুণ স্বপ্নে বিভোর করে, মোহিত করে। তোমার বুকের দিকে চোখ রেখে আমি তাই হারিয়ে যাই, হারিয়ে যাই ভালোবাসার বিপুল স্রোতে। তোমার বুকের অনবদ্য ঢেউকে আমি উপেক্ষা করতে পারি না। তোমার বিরাট হৃদয়ে জায়গা করে দিয়ে আমার মনে তুমি বসন্ত এনেছ, প্রাণের গভীরে ফুটিয়েছ লাখো স্বপ্নের পারিজাত, দু’চোখে এনেছ ভরা নদীর প্লাবন, দুরন্ত তরঙ্গমালা। প্রভাতবেলার সূর্য দেখে আজ আমি পুলকিত হই, পাহাড় ঘেঁষে ডোবা দিন শেষের স্বর্ণালি আলো আমাকে রোমাঞ্চিত করে, নদীর বুকে চাঁদের রূপোলি ঝিলিক দেখে আমি বিমোহিত হই, গাছের ডালের ফাঁক দিয়ে ডেকে ওঠা কোকিলের বিলাপী সুর আমাকে উদাসী করে, সব কিছুতে এক সুন্দরের ছায়া অনুভব করি। তোমার প্রশান্ত বুকে ঠাই পাবার পর থেকেই এত কিছু হচ্ছে আমার, আমি যেন নিজেকে নতুন করে আবিষ্কার করেছি, বুঝতে শিখেছি জীবনটা শুধু লাভ-ক্ষতি হিসেবের খতিয়ান নয়, তার বাইরেও একটা জগত্ আছে, বিশাল আনন্দময় জগত্।
আনন্দ আকাশে মেলেছি ডানা তোমার ভালোবাসার ঘরে পৌঁছব বলে, তোমার বুকের তলে মাথা রাখব বলে, তোমার অন্তরের মুক্তোবিন্দু কুড়বো বলে। তোমার মমতা মাখানো প্রেমের পরশটুকু নিয়ে আমি আমার ভালোবাসার স্বর্গ গড়তে চাই, অনাবিল সুখ- স্বপ্নে বিভোর হতে চাই, রাত্রির অন্ধকার চিরে সোনাঝরা প্রভাত আনতে চাই, তোমার আমার মাঝে চিরমিলনের সেতু গড়তে চাই। তোমার ভালোবাসা আর আমার ভালোবাসা মিলিয়ে সারা ভুবনটাকে ভালোবাসাময় করে তুলতে চাই।
আমি আনন্দ আকাশে মেলেছি ডানা শুধু তোমার কাছে যাবো বলে, তোমার বুকে মাথা রেখে আমার হৃদয়ের গান শোনাবো বলে। তোমার খোঁপাভাঙা চুলের ডগায় প্রজাপতি হয়ে নাচব, উড়ব, বসবো আঁচলের তলে ফাগুন বাতাস হয়ে অবিরত দোল খাব। তুমি বলবে – ওরে দুষ্টু পাখি, এতটা জ্বালাস না, আমি যে মরে যাই, যা- উড়ে যা-আমি উড়ে যাই, দু’চোখে তোমার অপার বিস্ময়! আবার ডাকো-আমি ফিরে আসি তোমার কাছে; সেই আনন্দ আকাশে মেলে দিই আমার সোনালি ডানা। তুমি পাশে থাকলে পৃথিবীটাকে মনে হয় সবুজে সবুজময়, আঁধার ছিঁড়ে যেন সকাল আসে সূর্য হাসে দীপ্ত গরিমায়। তুমি পাশে থাকলে নদীর স্রোতে জোয়ার খেলে, নীলাকাশে ভেসে যায় মুক্ত পাখির ঝাঁক, বাগানের ফুলগুলি পাপড়ি মেলে মাথা তুলি, বাতাসে ফুলের গন্ধ ছড়ায়। তুমি পাশে থাকলে দু’চোখে স্বপ্ন ভাসে, খুশিতে হৃদয় পাগল হয়, মনের দরজা খুলে যায়, অন্তর বিকশিত হয় ঝরণাধারায়। তুমি পাশে থাকলে প্রাণের ভিতরে প্রেম জাগে, ভালোবাসার বান ডাকে, জীবনের কথাগুলি ভাষা পায়, চিত্ত আকুল হয়।
